With a suite of football themed Emojis running on packs and the challenge to give away Champions League tickets in an experience that lived up to the brand’s ‘Genius’ creative platform, Jaywing were tasked with developing a mobile first Pan-European entry mechanic for Pepsi Max.

With the ambition to integrate the product as the trigger for the experience, we plugged Jaywing’s ‘winning moments’ mechanic directly into our Pepsi mobile app. Using Augmented Reality, consumers would scan their pack to enter the promotion and be delivered an AR experience including exclusive UEFA Champions League content. Across 16 markets and 14 different languages, the mechanic achieved over 600,000 app downloads and over 1.5 million entries to the competition were received.
