In 2005, MINDBODY introduced the industry’s first SAAS business management app to help gym owners run their business away from the office. The app also enables consumers to find, book, pay and review services nearby or when travelling.
MINDBODY looked to translate a hugely successful health and wellness brand from the US into a market leader in the UK, but needed to find a way to resonate with the UK market.
Through establishing the UK brand presence on Instagram and Facebook, MINDBODY was able to engage a B2C audience, key in driving B2B software demand. Communications were developed to include more inspiring and varied content demonstrating the breadth of the MINDBODY offering, in addition to harnessing the power of live features and stories.
Working with our team of over 70 data scientists, we have led brand strategy and activation utilising research and data analysis. Insight identified specific influencers and collaborative activity which, combined with consumer and trade PR, has boosted digital engagement, performance and brand familiarity with the B2C audience.
