Keepmoat is a national market leader in community regeneration and housing solutions. Formed in 2012 from a partnership which brought together some of the industry’s most successful organisations, Keepmoat is now a £1 billion company with the capabilities to deliver schemes on a scale never before seen.

Operating in five key areas of new build homes, community regeneration, property services, sustainability and retirement solutions, Keepmoat wanted to reflect the breadth of their business with a new website, whilst enabling their audiences to find the information they need quickly and easily.



We’ve helped to put users at the heart of the function of Keepmoat’s website. We started by investigating user profiles and identifying their goals, and designing a tailored experience for each, allowing them to complete their journey in a frictionless and simple way.

Heavily stitched with intelligence, the fully responsive website learns intuitively from user behaviour and leverages this insight to customise the site, signposting and serving further relevant content. Integrating with Keepmoat’s CRM systems and other marketing platforms, as well as communicating directly with property portals including RightMove and Zoopla, the site enables Keepmoat to manage customer leads and more effectively market their properties. Our search agency Epiphany also simultaneously drive highly-targeted visitors to Keepmoat's new site to build brand awareness via campaigns across PPC and Display.

The site is now being prepared for a further phase of development, which will see the integration of additional tools to further support the purchase process and enhance customisation of properties for an even more personalised customer experience.
