Over the past three years, we have embraced a comprehensive strategy to elevate mental, physical, social, and financial wellbeing as core pillars of our organisational ethos from 2022 to 2026.

“Our commitment to employee wellbeing is not just about enhancing workplace culture; it’s about empowering our talent to thrive and driving sustainable business success,” said Joey Steel – People and Culture Executive at Jaywing, instrumental in implementing these initiatives. “Investing in our employees' health creates a more engaged and resilient workforce, which is crucial for our continued growth.”

Jaywing’s Wellbeing Strategy focuses on four key areas: Mental and Physical Wellbeing, where we provide tools such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and exclusive Bright TV content to raise mental health awareness; Social Wellbeing, promoting a vibrant culture through monthly events and community service; Financial Wellbeing, featuring an Employee Support Fund for those facing financial challenges along with access to independent financial advice; and Comprehensive Support Programs, which include generous maternity leave, onsite fitness facilities, and workshops on mental health and diversity, ensuring our employees receive holistic support.
