The employee driven research, showed that 79% of our employees agree that Jaywing is a great place to work, compared to 54% at a typical UK company. Particular strengths being that 94% agree that you are made to feel welcome when joining the company and 98% and 97% respectively agreeing that you are treated fairly regardless of sexual orientation and race.
At Jaywing, we are home to over 250 creatives, developers, strategists, data scientists and media specialists comprising of hybrid office workers in Sheffield, Leeds and Sydney, as well as fully remote home workers. We have undertaken an overhaul of our People and Culture Strategy over the last two years, delivering a people plan which is designed in conjunction with our employees.
