CollectPlus, the largest store-based parcel service in the UK, has appointed us to run its Customer Support Centre.
The five year contract will create 50 new jobs at our Swindon contact centre, and see the total headcount grow to over 300 from just over half of that 18 months ago. Chris is really proud to have been appointed by CollectPlus after beating stiff competition from other outsourced providers. We’ve now successfully completed the transition of the CollectPlus Customer Support Centre from the incumbent provider, ensuring its customers get the best service and support when they need it.
Mark Lawrence, Operations and Service Director at CollectPlus said: “Our aim is always to ensure that we are giving our customers the very best level of service and support that we can.” Enquiries to the Customer Support Centre will range from general information requests regarding the CollectPlus service from both new and existing customers, to more complex enquiries.
Mark added: “With a rapid level of growth forecast this year for our three services, we needed a partner who could support us in these ambitions. I’m delighted to say we believe Jaywing will play a key role in helping us to achieve them.”
Initially all communication will be delivered via telephone and email, however over time, this will be extended to incorporate other contact channels.
