Jaywing are helping Doritos find their biggest UK 'Superfan' through their newest online and social campaign.
We created the campaign after being inspired by the ATL television advert which shows a Doritos-loving office worker licking his colleague’s fingers to get the ‘best part’ of the triangular-chip-eating experience.
From concept creation through to execution, the campaign aligns with Doritos' bold brand personality, and has been picked up internationally by media such as Ladbible, Cosmopolitan, USA Today, Metro Online and many more since its launch on 4th April.
Members of the public are being invited to complete an online application form to become the ultimate superfan. Doritos will be testing their fans’ loyalty, rewarding the most devoted fan in the UK with a huge £18,000, as well as a chance to get behind the scenes of the brand and taste the newest flavours before anyone else.
Comedian Katherine Ryan is the celebrity face of the campaign, and will host the ‘job interviews’ for the shortlisted ‘candidates’ for the role.
Katherine said “I will be putting all successful applicants
through their paces during the
interview stages. If you think you’ve got what it takes to be the winner, then I welcome you
to enter and show me why you deserve the accolade of the boldest Doritos Superfan!”
The one successful applicant who bosses their interview and convinces Katherine and the Doritos team that they are worthy of the accolade, will earn themselves a tasty £18,000 in prize money – not to mention, a year’s supply of Doritos.
