Programmatic Display Executive (Epiphany) - Leeds

Working with clients who want their brands to be seen, or to use programmatic to solve business challenges and deliver incremental growth, we deliver market leading paid media campaigns across display, mobile, video and other programmatic channels in conjunction with the paid social team.

The executive is a key member of the team acting in a support role to the Programmatic Display Specialists and Programmatic Display Managers to deliver the best possible campaigns using programmatic paid media. You will be learning as much as possible about how display works and getting into the detail of the different channels whilst providing invaluable support to the team and clients


Key responsibilities:

  • Assist Specialist and Manager in the setup, monitoring and reporting of campaigns
  • Communicate turnaround times and manage expectations
  • Follow planning process to make recommendations and support tactical media planning prior to going live
  • Keep on top of campaign performance and optimisations to ensure KPIs are hit and monitor costs
  • Interpretation of results and recommendations for improvement
  • Work with Specialist/ Manager to collate data and interpret insights and end of campaign reporting, translating into slides for client meetings
  • Support in creating a testing plan for clients and ensure it is delivered
  • Support new business requests and slide creation
  • Schedule competitor analysis and intelligence using internal tools for clients
  • Attend internal weekly WIP call/ meeting to discuss channel wide performance, discuss and communicate actions
  • Learn how to track and traffic display ads using media owner tracking and Doubleclick Campaign Manager
  • Building relationships with media partners
  • Share knowledge and client stories internally


Key Skills:

  • Some media or display related experience within an agency or placement
  • Exposure to programmatic / display advertising
  • An understanding of the tools and technology used to deliver a Programmatic campaign
  • Knowledge of tracking and adserving would be beneficial
  • A passion for media planning and online advertising
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with other teams
  • Highly organised
  • Ability to analyse and interpret campaign data and translate into campaign recommendations
