We’re looking for a talented and ambitious Account Manager to join our Client Services team, 
operating at the heart of our integrated approach. This role is an opportunity to make a real impact working alongside a team and client base at the top of their game.


With clients spanning Euro Car Parts, Card Factory, Dnata, Jamie Oliver, Curry’s Group, Walkers, Savills and Goodyear we have a real mix and are incredibly proud of the portfolio of 50+ brilliant brands we’ve amassed over the years.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience. 3 – 4 years’ experience minimum in integrated marketing . You will have a strong understanding and proven experience managing integrated media and digital accounts, enabling you to have high level strategic conversations with clients and channel specialists alongside understanding of all aspects of briefing and delivery.

  • Organised & efficient. You’ll be expected to juggle multiple projects, client demands and deadlines on a daily basis – working with the Account Executive and coordinating the support of a talented team internally, to make sure client’s needs are met and expectations exceeded.

  • A analytical mindset. Whether it’s evaluating a spike in a client’s results or understanding the reasons behind a lack of interactions, your naturally inquisitive nature will be spotting potential opportunities to put our data science experts to work.

  • Stakeholder management. Strong evidence of building relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues. Our Account Managers are critical to the success of our client/agency relationship and look to strike an amazing balance between client and agency to ensure we provide best in class client service.

  • Numerate and financially aware. You’ll have an attention for detail and be the person responsible for ensuring your account’s commercials are all in place, dotting the I’s and crossing the T’s.

  • Confident in presenting. Be it showcasing a case study to the team or delivering a presentation directly to your client on trends, competitors, or results, you’ll have some PowerPoint wizardry and presentation experience under your belt.

  • An interest in the bigger picture. Working alongside a number of internal stakeholders to understand the client’s business and strategically help them shape their full funnel approach.

What your day to day will look like

  • Client management. Building and maintaining relationships across our client portfolio. Developing and nurturing collaborative partnerships that facilitate excellent work.

  • Account management. Supporting the Account Director to ensure that briefs, project plans and deliverables are executed efficiently by the required teams and within the SLA and commercial outline for your client portfolio.

  • Quality assurance. Collaborating with our media, creative & strategy experts by representing your clients’ needs, taking responsibility for quality control and owning delivery.

  • Briefing, campaign & project planning. Distilling the needs of your clients into clear and actionable briefs, creating and maintaining clear project & campaign plans.

This role is based out of our Leeds Office, 15 mins walk from the centre of Leeds we accommodate flexible, hybrid working.
