Account Director - Sheffield

We are looking for an individual who has experience across all channels, including content and film. This role offers the chance to shape the future success of leading brands in their sector.
Your role will be a crucial mix of leading and managing a small team to ensure high quality service delivery and the developing of clients in order to achieve our ambitious growth targets.
Using your extensive knowledge of your clients and their sectors, you will be able to proactively spot opportunities and be comfortable working with a global client.
You will have proven experience of developing and growing client accounts, a solid understanding of branding and marketing, and a passion for inspiring great creative that can help your clients unlock their challenges.
You'll be commercially driven and able to manage the detail through your team, whilst you focus on the big picture and overall client needs. You will have proven experience of managing and developing a team to achieve their best individually and collectively.
Who we’re looking for:
Extensive experience and exposure across a range of industry sectors and marketing disciplines, together with comprehensive experience agency side. Specific skills required include:
• Minimum of 5 years industry experience or an equivalent marketing position within in business sector
• Demonstrated track record of client relationship development and service or equivalent within a business sector
• Proven experience in managing and directing teams, working cross-functionally within an organization
• Able to evidence the creation, development and implementation of marketing communications strategies and campaign planning.
• Experience in all key areas of brand and marketing communications
• Excellent project management skills plus an ability to multi-task proficiently.
• Professional Marketing qualification (CIM or IDM) desirable.
• A mix of analytical and creative capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal/communication skills
